West Midlands police have charged a man with firearms offences following a near 16-hour siege in west Bromwich earlier this week. Noel Foley was arrested from a flat in Birmingham road on Monday afternoon 27 April the 53-year-old has been charged with two counts of possessing a firearm threatening behaviour having an imitation firearm criminal damage and possession of cannabis. He has been remanded in custody to appear before Wolverhampton magistrates court today 29 April.
